A Bit About Me
I'm a psychotherapist, but more than that, I’m someone who understands how messy, challenging, and transformative life can be. My passion for this work comes not just from my training but from my own lived experience.

For two decades, I built and ran an industrial business, thinking I was on the right path—until I realized that the way I was living wasn’t working for me anymore. That realization led to a significant turning point: I sold my business, returned to school at 40, and started a profound journey of self-discovery. Along the way, I faced anxiety, depression, and the challenge of redefining who I was. Therapy played a massive role in helping me navigate that transition, and it became the foundation for the life I live today—one that feels more aligned, functional, and fulfilling.

I use my experience and professional expertise to help others through their struggles. My approach to therapy is integrative—I draw from different perspectives to meet each client where they are, tailoring the process to their unique needs. At the heart of my work is a belief in self-awareness, resilience, and the power of meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where people can explore their emotions, challenges, and hopes for the future.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in various mental health roles, from psychotherapy and counseling to crisis response and case management. I’ve supported individuals in hospitals, private practice, and nonprofit organizations, helping them stabilize, develop healthy coping strategies, and find meaning and direction in their lives.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with anxiety or depression, or just searching for a way to feel more like yourself, I’m here to help. Therapy is about reconnecting with yourself, your values, and the life you want to live. And you don’t have to do it alone.
